Certifications & Services

Over the years I have collected a wide variety of trainings and certifications, to offer the types of yoga and meditation classes I always wanted to find in my community. My initial yoga teacher training was a multistyle certificate: Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga. I dove deeper into training to complete my 500-hour registration with yoga alliance. In addition, I have 500H Kundalini teacher training, 200H yin, and additional training in kids yoga, plus size yoga, chair yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, women's health yoga as well as my 200-hour meditation teacher certification. 

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I am available to guide you on your own Reiki teacher journey as an individual or in a small group setting. In line with my desire to make my services accessible, Reiki training courses are available with sliding scale payments.  Distance Reiki is available by donation at least once a week, and to book privately for $40 per session. Discount packages are available for ongoing distance Reiki healing for chronic conditions, stress, and surgery prep/recovery. 

Additional Offerings: 

As an herbalist and Doctor of Pharmacy, I am available for personal and professional consultation.  Fees start at $150/hour after initial consultation and intake fee of $50.
