Certifications & Services

Over the years I have collected a wide variety of trainings and certifications, to offer the types of yoga and meditation classes I always wanted to find in my community. My initial yoga teacher training was a multistyle certificate: Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga. I dove deeper into training to complete my 500-hour registration with yoga alliance. In addition, I have 500H Kundalini teacher training, 200H yin, and additional training in kids yoga, plus size yoga, chair yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, women's health yoga as well as my 200-hour meditation teacher certification. 

I offer distance Reiki, booking is available via email, for $40 per session.  You don't have to be home, however I generally like to collect some basic demographic information for our session. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I am also available to guide you on your own Reiki teacher journey as an individual or in a small group setting. In line with my desire to make my services accessible, Reiki training courses are available with sliding scale payments, based on desire and ability. 

Sound enhancements (crystal singing bowls) are available for yoga and meditation sessions, or as a stand alone offering, however I haven't been super impressed with the sound quality during online sessions. My tech set up and my in home studio are a work in progress, so this may change in the future. I am happy to offer sound and reiki enhancements at any local in-person yoga session as requested.
